I have never been one to wear boots or like wearing them. These ones are not so bad and are actually comfortable. I’m still trying to research a number of ways to wear them. Here’s one styling I came up with. Hope you like.

Been into the menswear inspired look. I love how this jacket lends to that trend. I just love oversized jackets in general. It wasn’t even that cold. I wore the jacket over a sweater dress n tights with some booties.

I am loving this custom camel coat so much that i have worn it so many times, I think my friends are getting tired of it lol. Oh well I love it tho, and I am always proud of myself when I am able to accomplish something. I have put myself on a ‘no buy’ status, where I have decided not to purchase anything new for my wardrobe till the end of the year, this is in an attempt to start living my new minimal life, living with less. Now some may say the end of the year is around the corner but if you know me, you will know this will be a challenge. I am determined tho and pray that I will stick to this. Here is how I wore it.

I came across this Zara coat on one of my numerous online shopping trips. The coat was gorgeous but the price was not! So being the savvy dressmaker that I am headed to my neighborhood Joann fabrics and violà!

This stripes on stripes thing works really well. It is such an easy way to act like a pro at the print mixing stuff. I have a post on mixing prints here. Read it if you like :).

Casually dressed up to run some errands the other day. I love this utility jacket, I think it is a perfect light jacket especially for this time of the year. Paired with an old shirt, a pair of jeans and slides. Annnnd yes, here are those sunglasses again. I can’t help it, I love them!

Black and white is my thing. And I’m not talking about the “when all fails you can fall on black and white”, I am really into that stuff. Anyway, I dress up to take the little one to day care or at least I try to. Here is me trying. Have fun with it! (By it I mean FASHION)

These moccasins have been speaking to me a lot. My love for low heeled shoes have increased a little bit. I don’t know why though. I guess having to run around after a three year old will do that to ya!
